The charge for the service is a one-time fee of $399.00. On the first day, we start working on all those incorrectly reported negatives. After the initial dispute, you may receive a form for proof of address. Please completely fill out that form and return it to the credit agency as soon as possible. They will need a copy of your driver's license and social security card. This should have a current address or you will also need to add a bill that shows your name and address. Anywhere from 15 to 35 days from the day we start, you will be receiving three different credit reports, one from CSC (Equifax), one from Experian and one from TransUnion. This will occur about every 30 days. You must fax or mail those reports to us immediately. Allowing reports to sit around before sending causes the process to be slowed and less effective. PWS will not be held responsible for reports not sent to us by the customer. Delays cause the process to be less effective and could even result in voiding your guarantee.

Again, if you do not send us everything you get from the credit bureau, we cannot do our job. The success of the program depends on us getting this information promptly. Our fax line is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for your convenience.
