Sake Lounge & Restaurant:

The New, Yet Old Kid on the Block

New Management: Sake Lounge & Restaurant, located in Bayou Place-the city’s largest entertainment complex, is undergoing an extreme makeover under direction of the establishment’s new Director of OperationsKenneth Goh, and new General Managers Dean Chou & Michelle Peng.

New Chef: Just moved here from New York, Chef Yama Son, has wowed sushi enthusiasts and mastered the fusion food technique. Patrons should be prepared; selections are as scrumptious as they are innovative (See Chef’s Release enclosed for more details).

New Menu: With elegantly arranged presentations that rival none, Yama’s dishes consist of gorgeously presented, mouth-watering portions. Click here to read and see more of our new menu.

New Lounge: The new state of the art lighting and fixtures will give the feel of modern day Japan with high style vibes.  The new look will be a perfect blend of an eclectic look but with warm, modern Asian touches, to create a place where patrons can kick back and chill out. The bar area will be adorned with cozy, intimate booths with low tables for a relaxed feel. The renovation will be done in increments to be able to remain open, yet will give significant changes to the look and feel to the lounge area.
