NEW MENU - With elegantly arranged presentations that rival none, Yama’s dishes consist of gorgeously presented, mouth-watering portions. His specialty is Seared Peppercorn Tuna Tataki- a sashimi grade tuna dusted with peppercorn seared rare, drizzled with wasabi mayonnaise and eel sauce. There is also a salad version, the Seared Peppercorn Tuna Salad, served over a bed of delicious greens. Other new menu items will include Albacore Floats, which consists of seared albacore tuna topped with roasted garlic and dipped in a Japanese ponzu sauce. The Eiffel Tower - the “pièce de résistance”, is a mound of chopped yellowtail and salmon mixed in Japanese mayonnaise that sits on a tower of fresh garnish with strawberry, kiwi and mango in the bottom of a martini glass with a interchangeable fiber optic light in the glass’s stem. The Rock Shrimp Martini is lightly battered fried shrimp, topped with tempura flakes and finished with a hint of wasabi sauce and is served in a martini glass as well. Dishes can also be customized to patrons’ preferences.
